Back To Earth - A Sapphic, Post-Apocalyptic Graphic Novel

Hi everyone!

We are closing in on the end of this campaign, and I just wanted to send one last reminder for people who are possibly on the fence to make sure everybody knows there's only a few hours left to get a copy of the graphic novel along with any exclusives you might want to get if you so desire :) We are reserving those for the campaign so once the clock hits 0 they'll be gone. 

That also means the 1 original page (which is chosen by the backer among all the pages from the graphic novel) we have left, the print sets, and the stickers. We have been sold out of the original chibi doodles by Ines for a while and we can't wait to show you how cute they will be :)

There's also 2 copies of the Kiwi paperback left available, and don't forget that if you want both covers (Kej's and Tula's), make sure to add an extra paperback to your order—it's in the add-ons section when you go through the checkout and don't forget to confirm the pledge/change!

TLDR: Entering the last few hours of this campaign!

Hi everyone,

This is going to be a quick update to let you know that the campaign is ending in about 45 hours, and we are fully funded (with some rad stretch goals unlocked!) so if you were on the fence about getting a copy, this is your chance to grab it along with any exclusives you'd like while they are still available—exclusives will be gone for good once the campaign ends.

Same applies if you've been eyeing another tier, but didn't make the jump yet. This is your chance to decide if you want to switch or not :)

I also found a few extra physical copies of Kiwi (my debut graphic novel) that I added to the add-on section since it was previously sold out. If you've been looking for a paperback copy of it, this is it!

I'm saying all of this because we really want to make sure everyone gets the rewards they want before the clock runs out! Speaking of, for one last time here's what we unlocked for everyone:

TLDR: First Stretch Goal Unlocked + Only 3 Days Left!

Hi everyone!

What a weekend it's been! Around here the gardening is in full swing in my garden, and on the campaign front we're keeping the momentum going ever since we got funded last week! We're again oh so grateful to all backers for your support <3

That also means that during the past day, we unlocked our first stretch goal: Tula Lotay's variant cover! This will be an option that all physical tiers backers will be able to pick in their surveys. If you'd fancy one of each cover, make sure to add an extra paperback (in the add-ons section) to your pledge. We can't wait to see what Tula will come up with, but let's face it, it's sure to be gorgeous :)

We only have 72 hours left to this campaign, and when we started our wildest dreams couldn't even compare to what you guys brought to the table. It's been incredible to witness the community we build around this project.

And it's not finished yet! Maybe we can unlock the second stretch goal?!

One thing is for sure, if you want to grab a copy of our graphic novel, don't forget to do so before the clock runs out on Thursday at noon Eastern Time! Exclusives are, well, exclusive to this campaign so they'll vanish when the clock runs out!

We are now officially FULLY FUNDED!!! We can't quite describe the sentiment that inhabits us at seeing all the support we got from you all to get here. It's a mix of thankfulness, excitement, and a deep desire to create more.

There's now 199 of you (WHAT?!) who pledged to bring us here and support our endeavour of bringing this sapphic post-apocalyptic graphic novel to the world. We are filled with gratitude. For now we can only extend a heartfelt THANK YOU, and as we now work on bringing this story to life in a finished form, we hope you'll enjoy what we're going to deliver!

TLDR: 11k sticker reveal + new add-on

Hi everyone!

Thanks to all of you, we are now sitting at 167 backers, and we are SO close to funding with only $1,176 USD ($1,623 CAD) to go! We can nearly touch the finish line!

Your support for independent comics means a whole lot to the team so let me extend a big heartfelt THANK YOU to each of you.

We added a new add-on: Kiwi PDF. Since the paperback version is sold out, we thought that offering the digital version might be a good idea if some of you would like to get it!

I put the 16 physical copies I had left up for grabs, and your support in wanting to read my debut graphic novel has blown me away. This comics is nowhere near perfect; I think we can all see things we would change in our past work while still being proud of it—that's how we grow as creators—but it was my very first official foray in sequential storytelling, I was lucky enough to work with a real all-star creative team, and I'm happy about the result. I hope you guys will enjoy that read as well :)

We also surpassed 10k last night which means another sticker reveal! Just like the rest of them, the 11k sticker is so on point. Ver collaborated with Kej for them and they are fantastic. Can't wait to show y'all the last one!
